Muskat Ottonel is a seldom grape variety in the Kamptal area, but is very liked as aperitif because of its intensive Muscat bouquet and aromas of honey and honeydew melon. A very dry wine which has a perfectly balanced acidity and intensive sweetness in the nose.

Tropical fruit nuances, a zest of oranges, gentle blossom honey, juicy, fine sweetness, lively structure, soft peach and honey finish, mineral aftertaste.
This Riesling presents itself a little reductive, with delicate aromes of white peach and fresh mint, at first. After a little breathing, it turns into riper aromes of apricots with lemon zest. Along with the aromes from the nose, a precise acid structure, salty minerality – as commonly known from Heiligenstein – and a fine tannin structure, this Riesling is very well balanced. Overall, very harmonic and exciting to drink in its youth, but shows great potential for maturing.
Vineyards over 60 years old and grapes carefully harvested and selected by hand form the basis of this Grüner Veltliner that is only produced in special years. In the cellar, the winemaker consciously leaves out all the acquisitions of modern winemaking, relying on gravity and the naturally present yeast flora, which is why fermentation can last up to 10 weeks.
Our Anno Dazumal Riesling doesn’t like to be rushed. We gave it 30 months to ripen in 500-litre barrels with the whole yeast. Of those, the yeast was kept in suspension for 18 months. The result is a ripe aroma reminiscent of blossom honey and biscuits, a wonderful mineral taste on the palate from the shale soil, with a finely integrated acidity. A wine for the next 15 to 20 years, for selected connoisseurs and for special occasions.
We gave the Anno Dazumal Sauvignon Blanc plenty of time: for 20 months it rested in 500- litre oak barrels with the whole yeast and slowly ripened. A wine for Sauvignon Blanc lovers. Elderberry flowers are in the foreground, compensated with Strasser minerality and integrated acidity. You should also give this wine time and some air when decanting to allow it to impress you with its full aroma.
A harmonic interaction of vineyard peaches, a ripe exotic touch and a fresh minerality in the nose. Very juicy on the palate – riper in form of apricots as well as mango and pineapple aromes round off the taste. The fruitiness is complemented by a slight herbal spiciness of lemongrass and white pepper. A salty minerality as well as the well-balanced acid arc give the wine good structure and balance.
Shining ruby red with violet reflections. Mild on the palate, with juicy cherry notes, well- integrated acidity. A classical Zweigelt, mild and uncomplicated, a pleasant everyday wine, good with a variety of dishes.
Deep dark red, with a harmonious acidity, elegantly reminiscent of forest berries and sour cherries, mild roast flavours, very pleasant on the palate. Already very drinkable but can easily age a few more years. A perfectly balanced wine with good length, for many situations.
Dark ruby red, inviting nose of dark berries, black current and black elderberry, good tannin structure on the palate, temperamental, excellent potential for development.
